A member of the Ulster Defence Regiment (UDR) who was arrested in Dundalk accused of an arms charge is fined £50 by Monaghan Court. He was then re-arrested on foot of an extradition warrant from the Royal Ulster Constabulary (RUC) on alleged involvement in the theft of arms from a Ulster Defence Regiment (UDR) base.
