Charlie Murphy, who plays Siobhan on the gritty crime series, scooped the coveted Best Actress on TV award at last night’s IFTAs.
Describing the RTÉ drama as a ‘tour de force’ Charlie Murphy was thrilled to have picked up the statue and that her fellow cast and crew where being honoured.
Charlie told RTÉ Ten: "It’s a tour de force and I don’t think that any of us thought that in the beginning when it started but it is just so special.”
She added: “We haven’t see each other in months and to be all together - it is a mini reunion. Then to top it off everyone is just sweeping awards left right and centre, it is absolutely fantastic.”
Love/Hate picked up six IFTA awards including Best Actor for Tom Vaughan Lawlor and Best Drama.
