Arnold Schwarzenegger has said that he is a fan of playing comedy roles.
Speaking to FHM magazine, the 65-year-old actor explained that he has a natural gift for comic timing, saying: ''For me, my roles always rely on humour. Of course, humour is something you can work hard at, but I have naturally in life that humour. I had it since I was seven. Writers and directors have seen that in me and it plays really well to the audience.''
The Terminator 2 star, who returned to acting in 2011 after seven years in office as Governor of California, has recently signed-up to feature in Triplets, a sequel to his 1988 comedy with Danny DeVito, Twins.
When asked about the project, Schwarzenegger added: ''I'm excited about this sequel and I'm excited for the other movies I have coming up. There will be more comedy coming because that is always a part of me.
''I think the only movie that came the closest to having the comedy and the drama and action was True Lies because there were really funny moments that made people laugh and there were also very intense moments.''
