Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood is to marry theatre producer Sally Humphries, who is 31 years his junior.
65 year-old Wood has been dating Humphries for around six months.
A spokesman for the guitarist said: "Ronnie is engaged to Sally."
Wood was previously married to Jo Wood for over 20 years and Krissy Findlay from 1971 to 1978.
A source told The Sun: "Ronnie and Sally have been friends a long time. He always had an eye for her but she was in a relationship".
"They've been inseparable for months and he decided to tie the knot again. Keith Richards has been laughing about it. He's sick of buying him wedding presents."
