The filmmaker Steven O'Riordan has appealed for funding to finish a documentary on his sister Joanne, entitled No Limbs No Limits.
Joanne O'Riordan is one of seven known people in the world living with the condition Total Amelia, meaning she was born with no limbs.
She recently addressed the United Nations in New York.
Steven O'Riordan is facing a shortfall of around €80,000 to finish the film.
He and his sister had planned on visiting the Philippines and the UK to meet to meet two of the other people affected by this condition.
