Actress Angharad Rees has died at the age of 63 following a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
The Welsh actress was best known for her role in the Seventies television show Poldark. She appeared across television, film and stage throughout her career.
Rees was married to her first husband, Dynasty actor Christopher Cazenove for twenty years, before splitting and then marrying David McAlpine in 1994. Cazenove died in 2010.
A statement from the actress' family read 'Angharad passed away peacefully with her family at her bedside. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends'.
