Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been offered the role of Dame Elizabeth Taylor in a new TV movie about the screen siren’s life.
Top TV bosses are said to have offered Lindsay Lohan the coveted role, as long as she promises to keep out of trouble.
The Mean Girls Star was one of the original young actresses tipped to land the part, but more names came into the mix as Lohan got herself into more trouble in her personal life.
Executive producer Larry Thompson admitted he was in talks with a selection of Hollywood stars, including Megan Fox, about playing the legendary Oscar Winner who passed away last year.
He revealed; "It's a very serious selection. It's like casting for Hollywood royalty."
According to Access Hollywood Thompson has now decided to cast Lohan in the starring role, as long as she sticks to the rules of her probation following a string of legal problems.
