Adele, who won six Grammy Awards on Sunday for her hit album 21, has promised she will concentrate on more positive lyrics for her next offering.
The Londoner who is famous for her heartbreak-inspired songs has found love again with charity boss Simon Konecki and she is hoping the new relationship will inspire enough material for a third album.
During an interview with US news show 60 Minutes, which aired in America on the night of the Grammys, she said: "I'm madly in love so I don't want to be like, 'Babe I'm sorry we've got to break up, I've got a new album to deliver.'"
The 23 year old also made it clear she is gearing up to release a record with a much happier undertone, adding: "I can't write another break-up record, that would be a real cliche. It would just be like a boring running theme. People would be like, 'I've had enough, now cheer up.'"
In a recent interview with Vogue magazine she also said that she is "done being a bitter witch," and vowed to "never write a break-up record again."
