It has been reported that the 20-year-old woman who claimed that singer Justin Bieber was the father of her four month old baby has dropped her legal action.
TMZ has claimed that Mariah Yeater dropped her case seeking a paternity test from the singer last week. The news comes after Bieber confirmed that he would be submitting to the DNA test after denying all the claims.
Yeater had shocked the pop star’s fans a few weeks ago when she claimed to have met the singer and become pregnant by him on October 25th 2010. She was interviewed on the US TV show The Insider last week. Yeater claimed that she had evidence to support her claims but that she would not be making it public.
The pop star spoke on the US Today Show about the claims saying: "I would just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true. I know that I'm going to be a target but I'm never going to be a victim.
"I think it's crazy because every night after the show I'm gone, right from the stage to my car so it's crazy that some people want to make up such false allegations but to set the record straight, none of it is true. I've never met the woman."
