Actress Leigh Arnold has announced that she is expecting her first baby with fiancé of two months Steve Davies.
31-year-old Leigh, who moved to the UK in January, confirmed her pregnancy to the Evening Herald and said she and her partner, 43, are "delighted".
"I don't want to say too much as it is early days, but we're over the moon," the star told the paper.
Arnold, who got engaged to Manchester-based Steve in September after he proposed to her on a weekend trip to Ireland, is now looking forward to the arrival of her first baby as well as preparing for her big day.
The Dubliner, who is best known for her starring role in RTÉ drama The Clinic, previously dated socialite Marcus Sweeney but met Davies through mutual friends.
Leigh is reportedly hoping to walk down the aisle to wed her beau next year, and the couple celebrated their engagement with a romantic holiday to Ibiza in October.
