Six months after their twins were born, music diva Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon are ready to show them off to the world.

Mom, Dad and twins, Monroe and Moroccan will all appear on the 20/20 this Friday in an exclusive interview with Barbara Walters.

During the interview the couple share intimate details about their marriage, their struggle to conceive, Carey's high-risk pregnancy and how they're handling being parents to son Moroccan and daughter Monroe, nicknamed Roc and Roe.

The peek inside the family's life takes place at their luxurious Manhattan apartment and the little babies appear to already be emulating their parents' style.

Monroe is seen wearing a white puffy dress, while Moroccan looks adorable in a suave camel-coloured blazer.

Mariah recently admitted that pregnancy was tough on her, saying: "My body went through so much - you have to keep those twins in as long as possible, but it's a sacrifice you make for them."
