The actress who recently split from baseball star Alex Rodriguez plans to divide her time between the US and the property in Belsize Park in North London.
The Bad Teacher actress' new property is close to other A-list celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Stella McCartney and Jude Law.
It has been suggested that Diaz and Prince Harry are set to hang out, once the Gambit star settles in to her new home.
The pair struck up a friendship when training in the same gym, earlier this year.
