An 1870s' photograph of a man bearing a strong resemblance to Nicolas Cage is on sale on eBay for $1 million. The seller claims that the Hollywood actor is a vampire.
"Personally, I believe it's him and that he is some sort of walking undead / vampire, et cetera, who quickens / reinvents himself once every 75 years or so," says the Seattle-based seller. "150 years from now, he might be a politician, the leader of a cult, or a talk show host."
In a roller-coaster film career, Cage has indeed played a bloodsucker in Vampire’s Kiss. In that comedy the committed Method actor ate a cockroach in one scene. He also used to live in a castle on the edge of Los Angeles!
