Bill Cullen has selected 'The Apprentice' candidate who will work land a €100,000 a year job working for him.
Former model Michelle Massey, aged 28, was crowned winner of the show in last night's series, beating fellow finalist Niamh McDonald.
According to The Star, Cullen said: "The two finalists are the best I have ever had in front of me."
"I was sorely tempted to hire both of them but for now we have a commitment to Michelle."
"She has 10 years' work experience behind her whereas Niamh has only been out of college 20 months. But you never know what might happen down the road."
