Cheryl Cole has reportedly been offered a one-year contract for the US version of 'The X Factor'.
According to The Sun, the singer has been offered a deal worth £3 million by Fox executives.
A source said: "She has really charmed the American execs. They love her good looks and the way she wears her heart on her sleeve."
"And of course her chemistry with Simon [Cowell] played a huge part in it. They are great together."
Cole is also planning to launch her solo music career in the US before she joins the judging panel for the show.
