'X Factor' winner Shayne Ward has told RTÉ TEN that he would "love" to be one of the judges on the reality show.
Following recent speculation about a fifth judge being added to 'The X Factor', Ward was asked by RTÉ TEN if he would take up a judging role if it was offered to him and his schedule allowed.
He replied: "Oh God, yeah. Oh without a shadow of a doubt. Only because I know that I have the right to judge someone going on a talent show when I've come from one. That's why it works so well for Cheryl [Cole, 'X Factor' judge]. People could say, 'Hang on a minute, how could she judge?' But actually, she has enough right to be there because she's come from one herself. I'd love to be on it."
