Claudine Keane is reported to be joining this year's line-up for 'Dancing on Ice'.
According to the Evening Herald, the wife of footballer Robbie Keane has signed a deal with ITV which is reported to be worth €50,000.
The 27-year-old will begin training over the next couple of weeks, ahead of the launch of the new season of 'Dancing on Ice' in January.
A source said: "Claudine's really excited about it and she's hoping it will help her become a big star in the UK.
"It will be an intense schedule of constant practising and late nights so Claudine's mum is planning to travel over from Ireland and stay with her throughout the duration of the show.
"Robbie is really supportive about the whole thing. He thinks it's great exposure for Claudine and he's going to be going to all the live shows.
"He's even offered to get his skates on and get on the ice with her before Christmas to help her get used to it."
