It has been reported that Trinity College in Dublin is considering legal action against 'Star Wars' director George Lucas over similarities between a room in the college and a scene in 'Episode II'.
The college alleges that the headquarters of the Jedi Archive in the recent 'Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones' resembles the University's Long Room in the Old Library building (1712-1732).
College authorities instructed their legal advisors to look into the case after an article in college newspaper, the University Record.
The college claims no agreement had been made on the use of an image of the room, which receives over half a million visits a year.
However a spokesperson for Lucas said, "It is totally untrue that there is any connection between the scene in Attack of the Clones and Trinity College."
