The Seattle Seahawks bounced back from successive defeats by easing past NFC West rivals the San Francisco 49ers 20-3.

Marshawn Lynch rushed for 122 yards and a first-period touchdown, while Russell Wilson found Tyler Lockett in the end zone with a 43-yard pass two minutes 57 seconds before half-time.

Steven Hauschka added two extra points and two field goals as Seattle, who would have fallen to the bottom of the division with a defeat, improved their record to 3-4.

Quarterback Colin Kaepernick managed just 124 yards as the 49ers fell to a fifth defeat of the campaign.
