Shamrock Rovers have signed centre-back Ken Oman ahead of the 2011 Airtricity League Premier Division season.
The 28-year-old former Bohemians player was a free agent before putting pen to paper for the League champions.
Commenting on the signing, Hoops boss Michael O’Neill said: ‘I am delighted to be bringing a player with such experience into the squad. Ken has proven himself as a top player in this league, and has picked up plenty of medals along the way.
‘He is a very welcome addition to the squad we are putting together ahead of the league starting in a few weeks.’
