The Premier Division Dublin derby between Shamrock Rovers and St Patrick’s Athletic will be broadcast live on RTÉ2 next Friday, 2 September.
RTÉ Sport was due to cover the league clash of Dundalk v Cork City on that date but the Leesiders requested a postponement due to Ireland Under-21 call-ups for Kevin O’Connor and Sean Maguire.
The Rovers-Pat’s match at Tallaght Stadium kicks off at 7.45pm and will be broadcast live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player.
Meanwhile, the FAI has confirmed the time and date for the Irish Daily Mail FAI Cup quarter-final between the Hoops and Cork.
It is down for decision on Friday 9 September and will also be televised on RTÉ2, kick-off 7.45pm.
