Cian Healy has been left out of the Leinster squad against Toulon at the Aviva Stadium as the appeal process for his two-week ban continues.
The Ireland international was cleared of the charge of ‘striking with the knee’ but received the ban for ‘dangerous charging or obstructing or grabbing of an opponent without the ball, including shouldering' during last weekend's loss to the French side.
Leinster decided to appeal this on the grounds that due process was not followed. Healy was originally included as a replacement on the team sheet but the province then released a statement to say this was an "error".
