Ireland will take on the reigning World Champions New Zealand, Rugby World Cup finalists Australia and a top Tier 2 nation in November 2016.
The IRFU have announced that the 2016 Guinness Series will kick off on Saturday 12 November with a Test against the as yet unconfirmed team, before Ireland take on New Zealand a week later on Saturday 19.
The Series wraps up on Saturday 26 November against Australia.
Ireland have never beaten New Zealand, and lost the sides' last meeting in 2013 in agonising fashion after conceding a last-second try.
Irish Rugby Football Union CEO Philip Browne, said: "We again have a very attractive Guinness Series to look forward to in 2016.
"New Zealand return to Ireland for the first time since that incredible game in 2013 and Australia have shown that they are one of the most exciting and effective teams in world rugby after winning the Rugby Championship and finishing runner-up at the Rugby World Cup in 2015."
All games will be live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player.
England will play South Africa, Fiji, Argentina and Australia in next year's autumn internationals.
