Brian O'Mahony, in a Subaru WRC, has won the Tullow based Mount Wolseley Hotel Carlow Rally.
The rally is round four of the Dunlop National Rally Championship.
The Cork man finished 14 seconds ahead of the Subaru of Thomas Fitzmaurice, with Niall Maguire, also in a Subaru WRC, three seconds further behind in third.
It is O'Mahony's first ever victory in a round of the Dunlop series.
