International Hurling panels announced

The panels to represent Ireland in the Hurling/Shinty International games at senior and under-21 level against Scotland were announced today.

The senior panel includes two Antrim players, with the remainder being chosen from players who participated in this past summer's inaugural Christy Ring and Nicky Rackard Cups.

The games against Scotland will take place in Inverness on Saturday week, October 8.

The Ireland senior team will be managed by Seamus Qualter (Westmeath), assisted by Noel O'Sullivan (Kildare), while Down’s John Crossey and Kevin McDonell (Louth) will take charge of the Under-21 team.

Michael McCambridge, Karl McKeegan (Antrim), Graham Clarke, Martin Coulter (Down), Darren McCormack, Enda Loughlin (Westmeath), Paudie Reidy, Joe Dempsey (Kildare), Pat Coady, Andrew Gaule (Carlow), Brendan Hanley (Roscommon), John Mike Dooley (Kerry), Geoffrey Bermingham (Wicklow), Thomas Duffy (Mayo), Nicky Horan (Meath), Niall Campbell (Donegal), Sean McBride (Derry) and Paul Dunne (Louth).

Under-21 Panel:
Des Shaw, Mark Brennan, Barry Cox (Carlow), Paul Greville (Westmeath), Liam Henphy (Derry), Enda Mc Dermott, Jamesie Donnelly, Danny Cullen (Donegal), David Kirby, Paul Fagan (Meath), Conor Cunningham, Tony Murphy (Kildare), Brian Campion, John Rooney (Laois), Ciaran Coulter (Down), Michael Gilmartin (Sligo), Rory O'Neill (Tyrone), Stephen Coyne (Mayo).
