Brave Ramor United gave Maghery a major fright before the Armagh side surged late on to record a three-point win at the Athletic Grounds.
The Cavan champions, who needed a replay to overcome Castlerahan last week, led 1-05 to 1-02 at the break and were ahead by one point with five minutes to play.
But a run of five unanswered points put the game beyond the visitors.
