Cork's All-Ireland three-in-a-row-winning hurler John Horgan has died aged 66.
Horgan was part of the all-conquering Rebels side that guarded the Liam McCarthy from 1976 to 1978. The Blackrock man also lifted the trophy in 1970, the start of what would be a glittering career.
The Blackrock corner-back earned All Stars in 1974, '77 and '78, and collected five Munster SHC titles in an 11-year senior inter-county career.
He also swept the board with his club, claiming All-Irelands in 1971, '73 and '78.
RIP John Horgan - great #Cork hurler of the '70's.
