Between 20 and 25 members of the Mayo senior football panel attended a meeting with county board representatives at McHale Park in Castlebar tonight.
Earlier this week it emerged that a significant number of the players had expressed no confidence in the joint management team of Noel Connelly and Pat Holmes.
The players arrived in several small groups at the Mayo county headquarters and attended the meeting for around ten minutes.
They made no comment as they left the grounds a short time ago.
