Seamus 'Cheddar' Plunkett and his management team have agreed to return to Laois following successful discussions with the county board.
Plunkett resigned his post only last week after players from his squad played games for their clubs just under two weeks before the county's Leinster quarter-final against Offaly.
However, this afternoon the Laois board issued a statement saying the management team were now back planning for the Leinster SHC clash this Sunday (3.30pm) in O'Moore Park.
The statement read: "Laois GAA wish to announce that following successful discussions, the recent issues concerning Laois Senior Hurling have been resolved, for present.
"The team and management are now finalising preparations for Leinster SHC game on Sunday next.
"The issues in dispute will be addressed at a later date."
