4.18pm Kildare were too strong for Donegal: 1-17 to 1-09 was the final score. The second half was poor. Donegal's Michael Murphy got five points in the second half. Ken Donnelly bagged three for Kildare and there was a point each for all of the Kildare midfielders.

4.14pm Monaghan 1-14 Tyrone 0-16. Monaghan had all the possession in the second half. Paul Finlay and Rory Woods points and a red card for Tommy Freeman were the highlights of the second half.

4.13pm Kerry have beaten Derry 0-15 to 1-09. Eoin Bradley got Derry's goal. Four second half points from Gooch Cooper sent Kerry on their way.

4.09pm Monaghan have beaten Tyrone 1-14 to 16 points.

4.05pm Dublin have beaten Mayo 1-09 to 1-08. Enda Varley's goal gave Mayo hope, but Bernard Brogan's goal was enough to put the Dubs back in charge. Mayo missed Mark Ronaldson badly today, they needed him. Mayo had a massive number of wides.

Dublin played well as a team. Conal Keaney and Bernard Brogan gave the Dubs huge impetus upon their arrival in the second half.

4.00pm Brian Cody and Liam Sheedy are having a bit of argie-bargie on the sideline. It's Tipp 1-12 Cats 0-12 in Thurles. Brendan Cummins is having a stormer in the Tipp goal.

Free to Tipp as they look to see-out the closing minutes. Three ahead in injury time. Two minutes added time to be played.

PJ Ryan takes a free for the Cats as they push for a goal. Paraic Mahon intercepts for Tipp. PJ Delaney gets a hold of the clearance and puts it over the bar. 1-12 to 0-13.

Tipp go the length of the field and Brennan hits a point for Tipp from 30 yards out: 1-13 0-13.

Noel McGrath hits a further point for Tipp and that is it, the tie is over. Tipp have seen off the Cats challenge this time.

FINAL SCORE: Tipperary 1-14 Kilkenny 0-13.

3.59pm Billy Heffernan has taken a point for Kildare. Johnny Doyle has put away five points for the Lilywhites. Kildare 1-17 Donegal 1-07.

3.58pm Mayo 1-07 Dublin 1-09. It's the last few minutes in Castlebar. Conor Mortimer has missed a superb goal chance for Mayo.

3.56pm Monaghan and Tyrone are in a duel. Tyrone have tied the game through Tommy McGuigan: 1-11 0-14.

3.54pm Kerry have scored six points in succession 0-14 to 1-08. Gooch has had six points. David Moran has two, Declan O'Sullivan and Kieran Donaghy have also grabbed points.

3.49pm John Mulhall takes a sideline cut for kilkenny, it's into the danger area, but the Cats can't use it.

3.46pm End to end stuff in Thurles. No breakthrough for either side. Tipp are dominating possession, but both sides are keeping the points ticking over. Eoin Kelly has a vital free on the sideline: He gets it and gets it with aplomb. Great point. Tipp 1-11 Kilkenny 0-11.

3.38pm Enda Varley has bagged a goal for Mayo. A thunderbolt struck into the Dublin net beat Stephen Cluxton. Mayo 1-05 Dublin 0-05.

3.33pm Mark O'Shea is on for Kerry. The wind is with Kerry in the second half. Derry only a point ahead - it's going to be tight in the second half there.

3.32pm Colin McFadden has pulled a point back for Donegal. Dermot Early nearly doubled Kildare's goal tally, but couldn't hit the target from a good position. 1-08 to 1-03 in favour of Kildare.

Cian Mackey bagged the Cavan goal.

3.14pm Kildare 1-08 Donegal 1-02 at half-time. The goals came in two minutes around the 20 minute mark. Barry White took advantage of slack defending to get the Kildare goal. Conal Dunne got the three-pointer for Donegal. Kildare outscored Donegal by three points to 1 in the last ten minutes of the first half. Great tie in Newbridge.

3.14pm Monaghan 1-07 Tyrone 0-09. Paul Finlay landed a point just before half-time to give Mons a slender lead. The goal came from Tommy Freeman.

3.12pm Derry 1-06 Kerry 0-06. Derry leading in style. The goal came on 15 minutes from Eoin Bradley. Derry should have had two, Fergal Doherty struck a piledriver at the Kerry goal but it was beaten away. Half-time in Tralee.

3.09pm Mayo 0-03 Dublin 0-05. Dublin looking solid and playing as a team. Mayo may rue many missed efforts and several wides. Mayo only have one point from open play. Alan Hubbard has been in fine form for Dublin. Mayo bag another point from a free. Mayo 4 Dublin 5 at half-time.

3.07pm John Mulhall has equalised for Kilkenny. 6 to 6 and we're into injury time. Eoin Kelly has hit the net with a superb strike. He received the ball from Noel McGrath in the parallelogram, spun around and smashed the ball home. Great goal! Tipp 1-06 Cats 0-06. Half-time in Thurles.

3.04pm Derry still lead Kerry. Cooper has had two points for Kerry. Paddy Bradley has also scored two for Derry. Derry 1-05 Kerry 0-06.

3.03pm Mayo and Dublin 3 points a piece. Dublin are playing well. mayo have missed many chances, Eamon Fennell has just popped over a point to put the Dubs 4-3 ahead.

2.46pm Tyrone lead Monaghan by 6 points to 3. Tyrone have had three unanswered points in Inniskeen.

2.45pm Kerry and Derry are two points a piece. Derry opened the points through Paddy and Eoin Bradley. Kerry's Kieran Donaghy and Kieran Callaghan grabbed the points for Kerry.

2.44pm Mayo 0-02 Dublin 0-01. Aidan O'Shea got a point in the opening minute for Mayo. Alan hubbard grabbed Dublin's points. Alan Freeman put Mayo ahead again.

2.41pm Wexford 3-7 Sligo 1-6 is how it's finished in Wexford Park in the NFL Division 3.

Wexford led 1-4 to six points at half-time. The goals for the Yellowbellies came from Ciaran Lyng with a third minute penalty and second half strikes from Daithi Waters and Ben Brosnan. Alan Costello netted for Sligo late on.

2.39pm Eoin Larkin and Paraic Maher are duelling it out in Thurles, should be an interesting battle there today.

2.21pm Almost 9,000 are apparently already in attendence at Thurles for the Tipp v Kilkenny NHL game. The free attendence seems to be paying dividends. That and the mouth-watering tie on offer.

There is a lot of action on the cards today, with ties in the Allianz NFL Divisions 1, 2, 3 and 4. In addition, there are also games in the Allianz NHL Divisions 1, 2 and 4. The main action in the hurling is the much anticipated, and twice-cancelled, match between Tipperary and Kilkenny. Throw-in in Thurles is 2.30pm.

In the NFL Division 1, Dublin travel to Castlebar to battle Mayo, Kerry host Derry in Tralee, while Monaghan and Tyrone lock horns in Inniskeen.
