Donegal beat Armagh in the Ulster Senior Football Championship in Ballybofey on Sunday.

Brian McIver's side pipped Joe Kernan's men by a single point on a scoreline of 1-09 to 1-08 and will now face Tyrone.

Louth and Wicklow ended all-square once more in the Leinster Senior Football Championship on a scoreline of 1-09 to 0-12, and will now need a second replay to decide which team progresses.

Leitrim beat London by 1-12 to 2-05 in their Connacht Senior Football Championship clash at Ruislip.

In hurling, Cork beat Clare by 1-18 to 1-11 in the Munster Senior Hurling Championship clash at Semple Stadium in Thurles.

And Offaly thumped Laois by 1-26 to 0-10 in the Leinster Senior Hurling Championship.
