Sligo Rovers midfielder Conor O’Grady has expressed his disappointment with last night’s 3-0 defeat to Cork City in the eircom League Premier Division clash at The Showgrounds.
A win would have put the westerners into third spot in the table.
Speaking to RTÉ Radio’s Pat McAuliffe, he said: 'It is disappointing yes, I don’t think the scoreline was a fair reflection of the game to be honest.
'We had plenty of chances but Cork showed their experience and we showed our inexperience, but that’s the way it goes.
'We were probably a bit lucky on Saturday night against Bohs (Rovers won 1-0) but football is like that. We’ll have to move on.'
