Draw made for Irish Pro Championship

The draw has been made for the Victor Chandler Irish Professional Snooker Championship which starts this Saturday at the Spawell in Dublin.

Alex Higgins, Ken Doherty, Fergal O'Brien and Michael Judge are all involved.

Former world champion Higgins will take on Gary Hardiman in the first round next Monday afternoon.

Doherty will face the winner of the first round tie between Colm Gilcreest and Declan Hughes, O'Brien will take on either Robert McCullough or Jason Price in round two while Judge will be up against either Mark Allen or Paddy McLoughlin.

The final, which will be over 17 frames, takes place on Wednesday, October 26.
