Stephen Kelly has stepped down as manager of Athlone Town Football Club.
Assistant manager Padraig Dully, who was also manager of the under-21side, has also stepped down.
Paddy O'Reilly will take charge of first team affairs for this Saturday's eircom League Division One clash away to Sligo Rovers and will take control of the under-21 side.
