Aisake O hAilpin, the youngest of three North Cork O hAilpins, pointed five times as Na Piarsaigh's band of brothers swept to a third Cork senior hurling title, beating Cloyne 0-17 to 0-10 at Pairc Ui Chaoimh.
The 19-year-old, who lined out alongside both Sean Og and Carlton Aussie Rules player Setanta, wearing the number 34 jersey after shaking off a shin injury, led his side's second-half comeback in front of close to 20,000 spectators.
Nine unanswered Na Piarsaigh points saw Joe O'Leary's side to victory, after teenage midfielder Mike Naughton had put Cloyne 0-10 to 0-8 in front on 42 minutes.
Naughton and centrefield partner Liam O'Driscoll notched a brace apiece and led Cloyne to a 0-7 to 0-6 half-time advantage.
Despite three early wides from 21-year-old Setanta, points from Stephen P O'Sullivan (0-2), Setanta, Aisake and Stephen R O'Sullivan earned Na Piarsaigh a 0-5 to 0-1 first quarter lead.
O'Driscoll had notched Cloyne's only score on 10 minutes, before they bagged six of the next seven points.
Aisake pointed a second free on 25 minutes to keep up an 0-6 to 0-3 lead, but a Victor Cusack point on the run, Naughton's 29th minute effort, a lengthy injury time free from Diarmuid O'Sullivan and a Naughton-inspired Phil Cahill point handed Cloyne the helm by the single margin.
Half forward Ian Quinlan doubled that lead on the restart before Stephen R O'Sullivan and Aisake (free) levelled by the 35th minute.
Cloyne reacted by striking two points in two minutes on 41 and 42 minutes from Quinlan and Naughton but that was as good as it got for the eastern side.
Joe O'Leary's side set about their task as a third Aisake free, Stephen P O'Sullivan's third point and a drilled effort from midfielder Ronan McGregor, set up an Aisake handpass, put Na Piarsaigh in front on 46 minutes.
Aisake notched their fourth score without reply on 51 minutes, and from on in it was plain sailing.
Fittingly in injury time, Cork inter-county star John Gardiner popped up from wing back to strike the best point of the game from close to the right touchline.
Having won their third title in five final appearances, Na Piarsaigh now take on Tipperary champions Toomevara next Sunday in the Munster Club championship.
Unfortunately due to Carlton's AFL pre-season training beginning on Wednesday, jet-setting Setanta will be unavailable.
