Sunday with Miriam

Miriam O'Callaghan presents a live stimulating mix of lifestyle, music, human interest and great interviews, the perfect soundtrack to your Sunday morning.

Coming up this Sunday - The 16th February

This Sunday we will have some beautiful live music from a well known voice of both national and international stages, as Luka Bloom performs some new music as well as some old favourites

Here is a memory of Luka appearing with his brother Christy Moore on The Late Late Show

And Miriam will be speaking to one of Ireland's greatest living writing talents. Donegal's Frank McGuiness has moved audiences across the world with his plays such as Observe the Sons of Ulster Marching Towards the Somme, Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me and Factory Girls. Next Friday he will be honoured amongst his peers as the 2014 recipient of The Irish Pen Award. Miriam will speak to Frank about his life and career and his love for the county in which he was born

Rory O'Neill

It was an extraordinary week for Rory O'Neill a.k.a Panti. Rory spoke to Miriam about the reaction he has received both here in Ireland and globally.

Declan O'Rourke

Declan O'Rourke was in studio with some beautiful live music. First there was the romantic classic 'Stardust', then Declan's own much loved 'Galileo' and finally a rendition of the rousing 'Foggy Dew'

Declan will be at The National Concert Hall on Valentine's night with the RTE Concert Orchestra - http://www.rte.ie/orchestras/2014/0214/codecval.html
