Following the resignation of manager Mike Kerley last week, Limerick FC have suffered another double blow this afternoon with two key players leaving the club.

Garry Sheehan, one the brightest prospects in the country, along with Peter White have signed for Wexford Youths.

David Mahedy will take charge of the team until a new manager is signed and the club have now reverted to the name Limerick FC for the new season.
