Limerick FC are still considering an approach from a group of Polish business men who want a stake in the eircom First Division side.
Both parties met for a second time in County Limerick on Wednesday on are due to meet again on Saturday ahead of Limerick's last game of the season at home to Athlone Town.
Limerick Chairman Danny Drew, who is the majority shareholder in JRM Sports, the name Limerick FC trade under, declined to comment on Wednesday nights meeting.
However, he did say that the six people he met, had on paper, put an impressive business plan together.
It is understood that if the Poles come on board with the club that part of their plan is to set up a trust with at least 3000 members each of whom would pay a set fee per month.
At present Limerick have two years left on an agreement with tenants Hill Celtic to play at the venue.
Former Limerick FC Chairman Father Young, who is a trustee at the ground, promised the Blues at least a 25 year lease at the circa 14 acre site in February of this year.
But he then changed his mind and instead promised the lease to the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) in August.
Because of the impasse with the lease Drew has insisted that their position is untenable and has set a December 1st 2006 deadline to walk away from the club.
Limerick are also due to meet the FAI in Limerick next Tuesday. It is understood that no deal, if any, will be done with any consortium until after that meeting.
