France ran in seven tries to crush Canada 50-6 in a one-sided Test in Nantes.

A week after convincingly beating Australia 26-16, coach Bernard Laporte's men relied on a devastating combination of power and flair to outclass the visitors.

Flanker Julien Bonnaire scored two tries and Frederic Michalak, David Marty, Thomas Castaignede, Sebastien Bruno and Pierre Mignoni contributed with one each.

Fly-half Michalak and scrum-half Dimitri Yachvili kicked 15 points.

Canada, ranked 13th in the world, were never in contention and trailed 25-3 at the break. They managed only two penalties by full-back Derek Daypuck.
