The 52-year-old peace activist, Mary Kelly, has been found guilty of causing criminal damage to a US military aircraft by a jury at Ennis Circuit Court.
The 52-year-old peace activist, Mary Kelly, has been found guilty of causing criminal damage to a US military aircraft by a jury at Ennis Circuit Court.
The majority verdict was reached after two and a half hour deliberation. Mary Kelly will appear again in court tomorrow morning for sentencing.
During the six day trial, the court heard how mother of four Mary Kelly hacked a Boeing 737 in January last year causing €1.5m worth of damage.
