Kanye West cancelled a planned show in Los Angeles just hours before it was set to start, a day after he cut short a concert in Sacremento following a bizarre rant against Beyoncé, Hillary Clinton and others.
West was due to play The Forum, an indoor arena in LA as part of his Saint Pablo Tour, however less than three hours before it began the venue sent out a tweet to say the show was being scrapped and that ticket-holders should seek a refund.

The cancellation came a day after he ended his gig in Sacremento after just 30 minutes by walking off following a rant to the audience. After just three songs, he went on a tirade against everything from Beyoncé to Hillary Clinton to Mark Zuckerberg and radio playlists.
West said he was "hurt" because Beyonce supposedly said she would not perform at a certain show unless she wins video of the year over him.
“Beyoncé, I was hurt because I heard that you said you wouldn’t perform unless you won Video of the Year over me and over ‘Hotline Bling. Now don’t go dissing Beyoncé, she’s great. Taylor Swift is great", he said.
"We are all great people. We are all equal. But sometimes we be playing the politics too much and forget who we are just to win. F**k winning, f**k looking cool. F**k looking cool, f**k being cool.”
He also cited Hillary Clinton's failure to win the recent US Presidential election as a cautionary tale telling the crowd that “This Saint Pablo Tour is the most relevant [thing] happening. If your old ass keeps following old modes, your ass is going to get Hillary Clintoned."
A chorus of boos and chants then broke out among the crowd before he walked off.
The bizarre behaviour came after he faced widespread condemnation after telling an audience on Thursday that he did not vote in the recent election, but would have chosen Trump if he had cast his ballot.
West said that Trump, who ran on a platform of cracking down on illegal immigration, could help bring about change by exposing racism.
The rapper also told the crowd that night that he will run for president in 2020 and said stated that black people should “stop focusing on racism”
