Mary Berry has "absolutely no plans to retire" with her agent revealing the cookery queen has lots of delicious projects coming down the line.
The 81-year-old Great British Bake Off judge recently announced she will leave the show when it moves to Channel 4 from the BBC.
In a statement, Berry said: “My decision to stay with the BBC is out of loyalty to them, as they have nurtured me, and the show, that was a unique and brilliant format from day one."
However, the shock news hasn't prevented the TV chef from cooking up a career storm, and it looks like she won't be disappearing from screens anytime soon.
Fiona Lindsay, Berry's agent for 25 years, said: "It has been reported that Mary only intends to work another year - that's simply wrong, she has lots of exciting projects coming up - including on TV with the BBC - and has absolutely no plans to retire."
It was recently reported that Berry is set to front a new BBC baking show following the loss of GBBO.
A source told The Telegraph, "It won’t be announced soon, but a new baking or cookery show with them is almost certainly going to happen."
Channel 4 are said to be circling many presenters for the new role with rumours suggesting everybody from Davina McCall to Spice Girl Geri Horner.
