Jennifer Aniston made her first public appearance last night following her wedding to Justin Theroux at a film premiere, describing her big day as a "beautiful, private moment".
The couple tied the knot in a secret ceremony at their California home on August 5, having told their guests they were attending the groom's 44th birthday party only to be surprised by the real reason for the intimate gathering upon arrival.
Details about the ceremony have been kept under wraps and Aniston told ETOnline.com that she hopes to keep it that way. Speaking at the premiere of She's Funny That Way, the new bride said, "I'm not telling you any of that stuff, no... We had the beautiful luxury of having a beautiful private moment and I'm going to be selfish and keep it that way."

Aniston later told American TV show Extra, "we were just able to have the most peaceful, private experience and with a bunch of very extraordinary, wonderful – trustworthy obviously – people."
While Aniston stunned in a black jumpsuit at the premiere last night (August 19), all eyes were on her brand new accessory – her wedding ring. The actress sported an elegant gold and diamond encrusted wedding band.
