Tonight, at 11pm Karl Davis introduces Hard Eire where he has a guest mix from Ben Townsend a head of his Toolkit album release, a Trade UP CD giveaway, a guest mix from Paul Reilly and tickets for Black Out in the Vaults on Friday. It’s going to be a busy show! Jason Dee is next with The Groovebox on Wednesday at 4pm and on Friday at 3.30pm with an interview with local DJ Pete Maguire along with big new tracks from Vandalism, Cirez D, the biggest breaking star of the moment Tinie Tempah and a rare new remix of System F - Laidback Luke gets to grips with their 90s Trance anthem Out Of The Blue. The Album Of The Week is a sneak peek of the new Groove Armada Black Light a full month ahead of its release and Chart-Toppers Owl City get tweaked by Jason Nevins as they and others enter The Remix Arena. All of this plus nostalgic clubbing memories in The Retro Years and we have our final 2 Double Passes for the club gig of the year so far -- John Digweed at Tripod this Friday night. Will Kinsella is up next with Ceoltronic Radio Live on Thursday at 10pm where he talks to And.Id ahead the Back to Back VOL. 4 mix series for Mobilee; due for release on 8 February. Back to Back VOL. 4 is compiled and performed by And.Id and BAND. Disc 1 compiles highlights from Mobilee's discography over the past year and Disk 2 consists of Jazz interpretations of classic Mobilee tracks. And.Id has released tracks with Thinner, Ware, Time Has Changed, Two Faces, Noodles and debuted on Mobilee in 2008 with the One is Not Enough EP. Joe Bermudez gets the weekend going on Mass Movement Radio at 4pm on Saturday with an interview with Philadelphia based rapper and singer Amanda Blank. The list of artists that can sing, rap, write amazing pop songs and perform them with irresistible charisma is small. The list of female performers that can do all of that is even smaller and Amanda Blank is about to rise to the top of that list with her debut album, I Love You. Germany's Duderstadt supply the music with a mix made especially for the show. Stuart Millar is up at 9pm with his new show, Music Matters, starting this Saturday with guests Audiofun who have just signed to Southern Fried and are playing Lush in the North more and more. Johan Gielen, trance legend, is also in talking about the new Airscape album, as well as an interview with Snejider, up and coming trance producer who is attracting interest from a number of A-list trance DJs. Gordon has been working in the media for the last for years and has been involved in various radio stations over the last few years. Although studying radio in college, Gordon has worked in television for the last for years. Whilst working in TV, Gordon met Andy and together they decided that they should put together a show using their knowledge of the media and the gay community. |
