    Through his interest in horse racing Bing Crosby visited Ireland a number of times. On this visit in 1966 as Bing Crosby is about to get into his chauffeur driven car he is interviewed by an RTÉ television news crew. Reporter Mícheál Ó Briain persuades Crosby to sing 'Galway Bay'. Kathryn Crosby who is waiting in the car is much amused by the banter between her husband and the reporter.
