Captain O'Neill answers questions about the People's Democracy, Ian Paisley, Eddie McAteer, the Catholic vote and north-south relations.

O'Neill reacts to the support received by the People's Democracy and puts it down to regional or localised support. O'Neill describes Paisley as "notorious" and a "colourful figure". In reaction to Eddie McAteer not getting re-elected, he pays tribute to the statesman-like role he has played. O'Neill refuses to comment on requests for him to resign.
