Poland's government is currently posting 17 million copies of a 'Safety Guide' to every household in the country, outlining how to prepare emergency plans for times of conflict or crisis. RTÉ's Eastern Europe Reporter Liam Nolan asks people in Warsaw what they think about the booklet
