The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative to non-cash prize elements (either in part or whole).
In order to claim the prize, the winner will be required to sign any documentation as may be requested by the Promoter relating to acceptance of the competition prize, terms and conditions and including, but not limited to, waiver of liability release in favour of the Promoter and such other persons as may be determined by the Promoter. The individual(s) travelling as a guest(s) of the winner will also be required to sign any such documentation if requested by the Promoter in order to be permitted to travel.
The prize winner and his/her guest(s) will be required to adhere to any specific health and safety rules and recommendations in place at local establishment and national levels in order to avail of the prize. Where the prize winner and/or guest(s) do not comply with local establishment and/or national health and safety rules and recommendations, the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited. Travel must be completed on dates as specified by the Promoter and scheduled around the Republic of Ireland V Portugal Game at Dublin’s Aviva Stadium (currently scheduled to take place on 13.11.25 only, no alternative dates/trips permitted, hotel booked for the 13th and 14th November 2025). If travel is not completed on dates as specified by the Promoter, the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited. Hotel prize elements are subject to advanced booking and availability. Prize must be booked through the agent as specified by the Promoter.
Prize for 1 winner includes a 2-night stay for 2 (winner and guest) at Castleknock Hotel, Dublin (based on double room sharing, B&B basis with 2 evening meals at the hotel’s 22 Bar & Restaurant, a spa treatment for 2 at the hotel’s Spa (room type, menu(s), spa treatment and max value on dinner per night as specified by the Promoter, beverages not included, Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative accommodation in a hotel of equal star rating for any reason whatsoever, no cash or alternative to any prize element as listed above), any incidentals or upgrades to the stated prize are at the winners own expense), x2 Premium Level tickets to attend the Republic of Ireland V Portugal game at Dublin’s Aviva Stadium (tickets/location/seats as specified by the Promoter, no cash or alternative tickets available, transferred tickets will not be honoured, must have a Ticketmaster account to avail of tickets) and €500.
€500 will be made payable to the winner by euro cheque, please allow 28 working days for delivery.
The prize cannot be split, is valid for one travel period only, any prize elements not availed of within the agreed travel dates will be deemed to have been forfeited.
Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. telephone charges, additional nights/meals at the hotel, room service, upgrades, transfers to the races/upgrades to race ticket etc.) will be at the winner's own expense.
Transfer to/from the hotel and the races are not included.
Any requested and permitted upgrades or changes to the stated prize will be at the winner's own expense.
Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates advised and booked does not entitle the winner to an alternative prize and the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value (as determined by the Promoter) if a prize element becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
