This competition is open to Republic of Ireland residents only.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or older as at date of entry and a resident of the Republic of Ireland.
Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, verifiable by birth cert or passport only, and proof of residency, verifiable by recent utility bill only (issued within 6 months of win).
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative to non-cash prize elements (either in part or whole).
U18s travelling as guest(s) of the winner will only be permitted to travel/attend with their parent or legal guardian.
In order to claim the prize, the winner will be required to sign any documentation as may be requested by the Promoter relating to acceptance of the competition prize, terms and conditions and including, but not limited to, waiver of liability release in favour of the Promoter and such other persons as may be determined by the Promoter. The individual(s) travelling as a guest of the winner will also be required to sign such documentation if requested by the Promoter in order to be permitted to travel.
The prize winner and his/her guest(s) will be required to adhere to any specific health and safety rules and recommendations in place at local establishment and national levels in order to avail of the prize. Where the prize winner and/or guest(s) do not comply with local establishment and/or national health and safety rules and recommendations, the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited. The Promoter(s) accepts no responsibility for any health and safety issues arising as a result of availing of the prize.
Travel must be completed by 16/02/2027, no extensions permitted. If travel is not completed by 16/02/2027, travel will be deemed to have been forfeited. No changes will be permitted once hotel/extras are booked. Hotel/extras are subject to advanced booking and availability, may exclude some peak dates as specified by the Promoter, not all dates ranges may be catered for.
Winner and guest must be available to travel on dates agreed on with the Promoter prior to travel, otherwise the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited. Prize must be booked through agent specified by the Promoter.
Prize for 1 winner plus his/her guest includes 3 nights' accommodation at Faithlegg, Waterford (room type as specified by the Promoter, based on double room sharing, Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative accommodation in a hotel of equal star rating for any reason whatsoever, B&B basis), x3 evening meals at the hotel’s restaurants (restaurant, menu(s) and max value pp per night as specified by the Promoter, excludes alcohol beverages, no cash or alternative available, any additional expenses/supplements will be payable upon departure, x1 cocktail pp at Bar 1783 (must be over 18, ID may be required, as specified by the Promoter), x1 Round of Golf for 2 adults (with full details and max value pp as specified by the Promoter,anything additional will be payable upon departure, weather permitting, no cash or alternative is available), a 60 minute treatment for the winner plus his/her guest at the hotel’s Spa (subject to advanced booking and availability, not all spa treatments may be catered for, no cash or alternative available)
Transfers to and from the hotel are not included.
The prize cannot be split, is valid for one travel period only, any prize elements not availed of within the agreed travel dates will be deemed to have been forfeited.
Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. telephone charges, additional meals, room service, transfers to/from/hotel etc.) will be at the winner's own expense.
Any requested and permitted upgrades or changes to the stated prize will be at the winner's own expense.
Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates advised and booked does not entitle the winner to an alternative prize and the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value (as determined by the Promoter) if a prize element becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
Employees of RTÉ, Fonix, Faithlegg and their associated promotional partners, companies or suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter/win.
RTÉ's decision in relation to selection of the competition winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
