This competition is open to Republic of Ireland residents only.

Each text entry must contain no more than 160 characters including spaces, otherwise you may be charged an additional cost for every subsequent message. The use of emoji/smiley faces will also incur an additional charge and may vary with operators.

Please do not enter outside of the advertised competition open and close times and date(s) as you will be charged, but your entry will not be included in the draw. Competition may be closed if watching on catch-up services, please check dates and times.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or older as at date of entry and a resident of the Republic of Ireland. Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, verifiable by birth cert or passport only, and proof of residency, verifiable by recent utility bill only (issued within 6 months of win).

In order to claim the prize, the winner will be required to sign any documentation as may be requested by the Promoter relating to acceptance of the competition prize, terms and conditions and including, but not limited to, waiver of liability release in favour of the Promoter and such other persons as may be determined by the Promoter.

The prize winner and his/her guest(s) will be required to adhere to any specific health and safety rules and recommendations in place at local establishment, national and worldwide levels in order to avail of the prize. Where the prize winner and/or guest(s) do not comply with local establishment and/or national health and safety rules and recommendations, the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited. The Promoter(s) accepts no responsibility for any health and safety issues arising as a result of availing of the prize.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no alternative to non-cash prize elements either in part or whole.

Travel is scheduled around The Little Shop of Horrors Musical at Dublin’s Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, currently scheduled during July 2025 only, no extensions permitted or alternative dates available. If the prize is not completed on the dates specified, the hotel stay, and all prize elements will be deemed to have been forfeited. No changes will be permitted once hotel/tickets are booked and issued. All elements are subject to advanced booking and availability, may exclude some peak dates, not all date ranges may be catered for. The prize must be booked through the agent as specified by the Promoter.

The prize is for 1 winner plus a guest includes 2 nights at The Anantara Marker Hotel, Dublin on Fri 3 and Sat 4 October 2025 only (room type as specified by the Promoter, room is based on double room sharing , B&B basis, a valid credit or debit card may be required to guarantee your room on check in, Promoter reserves the right to substitute hotel of equal star rating for any reason whatsoever, any additional charges incurred during the stay must be paid upon departure, an evening meal for 2 adults at the hotel’s restaurant on Friday 3rd October 2025 (restaurant menu(s), with full details as specified by the Promoter, no cash or alternative is available), beverages are not included), x2 tickets to attend HERE AND NOW on at Bord Gáis Energy Theatre in Dublin with a pre-theatre dinner on the night of the show (currently scheduled for Saturday, 4th of October 2025 only (seats/tickets/menu and date of event as specified by the Promoter, ticket usage policy and rules will apply, strictly non-transferable (otherwise forfeited, transferred tickets will not be honoured, no cash or alternative will be offered, Promoter is not responsible if the event is cancelled/rescheduled to another date).

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if a prize element becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. telephone charges, additional meals, room service, transfers, additional spa treatments, beverages, room service etc.) will be at the winner's own expense.

Any requested or permitted upgrades or changes to the stated prize will be at the winner's own expense.

Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates agreed and booked does not entitle the winner to an alternative dates and the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited.

Employees of RTÉ, Fonix, Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, any promotional partners, companies or suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter/win.

RTÉ's decision in relation to selection of competition winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Data relating to entrants will be retained by RTÉ for a reasonable period after the competition closes to assist RTÉ to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries.
